Project «Denim kitchen», NTV channel, “Kvartirnyi Vopros” TV show

While creating a new interior for kitchen the designer has managed to combine the incongruous, filling the interior with denim, mirrors, and glossy surfaces. Ceiling decoration was created with a seamless fresco picturing whitened wooden planks in rough row. The image is extremely vivid, it’s possible to see the texture of wood, each knot or nail. The look of real wood was enhanced by texture Beze. The surface looks like it is aged. A seamless fresco is significantly more durable than a real wooden ceiling. Its thickness is only 1mm, so it does not reduce the height or the room, the surface is even and covered with protective varnish, which makes it easily washable. Also the frescoes withstand high humidity and temperature drops, do not fade and keep their look for a long time without special maintenance, unlike wood.
